Everything was really easy and super fast; I booked spontaneously the evening before and received a response immediately. Everything went perfectly with the car, and the team was extremely friendly and helpful, even giving us tips for our trip.
It was a good choice. I had a Opel Corsa for 5 days with full insurance. The booking was uncomplicated, the car was fine, everything was documented and the staff is friendly. The price is fair and they brought the car to my location. I would book them again.
Excellent rental experience in Georgia. We rented a Hyundai Tucson 2024 and drove through Tbilisi, Kakheti, Kvareli Lake, and Sighnaghi. The vehicle was in great condition, comfortable on both highways and mountain roads, and exactly as advertised. Честно говоря, доверия они не вызвали, поэтому мы залезли в чат GPT и попросили найти какой-то прокат с историей и отзывами. Чат сказал, что Citty Rent в Грузии самый большой и хорошо зарекомендовавший себя. В целом, мы не пожалели.
Приехали, не бронируя машину заранее, и взяли Hyundai Elantra в хорошем состоянии. Депозит составлял 400 долларов. Можно было взять машину и без депозита, но тогда страховка стоила бы еще 100 долларов. Феликс нам все подробно рассказал.
Когда возвращали машину, нас спросили, говорили ли нам, что машину нужно возвращать чистой. Мы сказали, что нет. Нам ответили: "Ну и ладно тогда". Поэтому всё было максимально дружелюбно и удобно. В следующей поездке, думаю, обратимся именно сюда.
City rent was the best rental experience we’ve ever had. The cars and Haik were waiting for us in the airport, all paperwork was taken care of on spot . The cars were not new, but very well maintained. The next day they reached out to check on us, and whether we were safe. We brought the cars back easily to the city office with no extra charge. We will definitely use their services again!!

Nikad jednostavnije nisam pokupio odn vratio vozilo. Dan pre polazak sam poslao foto od vozacke i pasosa,tako da sam pri dolasku fakticki samo usao u auto koji me cekao na terminalu. Slicno je bilo prilikom vracanja vozila. Mogu samo da preporucim!
