What are the requirements for a tenant at Citty?

You must be at least 23 years old and have at least 3 years of driving experience. Documents required to sign a rental agreement: passport and a valid international driver's license. However, if your driver's license valid in your country has a Latin variant of data spelling, it is acceptable.

What is included in the rental car rate?

Payment of the car rental tariff provides you with the right to limitation of liability for damage to the car (CDW), limitation of liability for theft of the car (TP), and limitation of liability to third parties (TPL); the right to free use of the parking lot within the city limits of Tbilisi.

What rules of the rental company am I obliged to follow?

The instructions you will receive when you sign the rental agreement are summarized as follows: You are financially responsible for violation of the rental rules and insurance terms; You are not allowed to use the rented car for commercial purposes (transportation) or leave it as a collateral; It is strictly forbidden to drive the car under the influence of alcohol or drugs, as well as to test it for strength in off-road conditions (heavy off-road).

Nikad jednostavnije nisam pokupio odn vratio vozilo. Dan pre polazak sam poslao foto od vozacke i pasosa,tako da sam pri dolasku fakticki samo usao u auto koji me cekao na terminalu. Slicno je bilo prilikom vracanja vozila. Mogu samo da preporucim!

Super Service und Kompetenz! Ich habe über WhatsApp mit Garik von der Firma Citty Rent kurz geschrieben. Er hat mich am Flughafen in Kutaissi abgeholt. Auf dem Parkplatz haben wir gemeinsam das Auto überprüft und alle Unterlagen erledigt. Nach 15–20 Minuten waren wir schon unterwegs und sind durch Georgien gereist. Der Hyundai Elantra ist ein komfortables Auto der Mittelklasse und dazu noch sehr sparsam :-) Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden.

Gave us a more expensive car, charged us for it and called it a ”free upgrade”. The car was dirty when we got it (which is fine) but they tried charge a ”washing” fee when we returned it. If you book from these guys be ready you don’t get what you booked and be very very obvious in your booking and extra check everything multiple times. Cause they will not take responsibility for their own mistakes.

City rent car company staff wasn't really good which we have paid full cover online, when we arrived Tiblis airport didn't give car key till exactly at the time which we have booked they saying if give key hour early charge £20 Secondly they asked for £400 deposit than gave me key, my advice to guys becarefull of rent car from City rent company.
