What are the requirements for a tenant at Citty?

You must be at least 23 years old and have at least 3 years of driving experience. Documents required to sign a rental agreement: passport and a valid international driver's license. However, if your driver's license valid in your country has a Latin variant of data spelling, it is acceptable.

What is included in the rental car rate?

Payment of the car rental tariff provides you with the right to limitation of liability for damage to the car (CDW), limitation of liability for theft of the car (TP), and limitation of liability to third parties (TPL); the right to free use of the parking lot within the city limits of Tbilisi.

What rules of the rental company am I obliged to follow?

The instructions you will receive when you sign the rental agreement are summarized as follows: You are financially responsible for violation of the rental rules and insurance terms; You are not allowed to use the rented car for commercial purposes (transportation) or leave it as a collateral; It is strictly forbidden to drive the car under the influence of alcohol or drugs, as well as to test it for strength in off-road conditions (heavy off-road).

Excellent rental experience in Georgia. We rented a Hyundai Tucson 2024 and drove through Tbilisi, Kakheti, Kvareli Lake, and Sighnaghi. The vehicle was in great condition, comfortable on both highways and mountain roads, and exactly as advertised. Мы недолго искали автомобиль в прокат, зашли в пару местных компаний по аренде. Честно говоря, доверия они не вызвали, поэтому мы залезли в чат GPT и попросили найти какой-то прокат с историей и отзывами. Чат сказал, что Citty Rent в Грузии самый большой и хорошо зарекомендовавший себя. В целом, мы не пожалели. Приехали, не бронируя машину заранее, и взяли Hyundai Elantra в хорошем состоянии. Депозит составлял 400 долларов. Можно было взять машину и без депозита, но тогда страховка стоила бы еще 100 долларов. Феликс нам все подробно рассказал. Когда возвращали машину, нас спросили, говорили ли нам, что машину нужно возвращать чистой. Мы сказали, что нет. Нам ответили: "Ну и ладно тогда". Поэтому всё было максимально дружелюбно и удобно. В следующей поездке, думаю, обратимся именно сюда.

City rent was the best rental experience we’ve ever had. The cars and Haik were waiting for us in the airport, all paperwork was taken care of on spot . The cars were not new, but very well maintained. The next day they reached out to check on us, and whether we were safe. We brought the cars back easily to the city office with no extra charge. We will definitely use their services again!!

Nikad jednostavnije nisam pokupio odn vratio vozilo. Dan pre polazak sam poslao foto od vozacke i pasosa,tako da sam pri dolasku fakticki samo usao u auto koji me cekao na terminalu. Slicno je bilo prilikom vracanja vozila. Mogu samo da preporucim!

Super Service und Kompetenz! Ich habe über WhatsApp mit Garik von der Firma Citty Rent kurz geschrieben. Er hat mich am Flughafen in Kutaissi abgeholt. Auf dem Parkplatz haben wir gemeinsam das Auto überprüft und alle Unterlagen erledigt. Nach 15–20 Minuten waren wir schon unterwegs und sind durch Georgien gereist. Der Hyundai Elantra ist ein komfortables Auto der Mittelklasse und dazu noch sehr sparsam :-) Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden.
