Bad experience to have a car that has dents, scratches, interior is not vacuum clean. During handover of the car, nothing of the traffic rules and information was shared with us.
*There are cameras for speeding, bus lane and parking offenses.
Parking fee is cheap and you need to pay via the parking machine.
The office provided excellent service and reinstated the insurance, especially the employee, Ike, who was very helpful.

Our experience with Citty Rent was amazing. We rented a Hyundai Staria for 2 weeks. We were 6 passengers plus suitcases and were very comfortable. It has seating for up to 9. The car was fuel efficient but powerful enough for all of our Georgian adventures. We drove 1600 kms during trip. Aik, our personal representative, was helpful and responsive. He dropped off the car to our Airbnb and picked it up at the end of our trip. Free of charge for Tbilisi city center. You can also pay with your card at drop off. Highly recommend this company for your car rental needs in Georgia.

Заказал автомобиль в аэропорт Тбилиси к прилёту рейса. Через минуту после моего сообщения о том, что я вышел, подъехал сотрудник Феликс, посадил в машину, отъехали на парковку, где он подробно всё мне рассказал, помог настроить навигатор и быстро решил все юридические и финансовые вопросы.
Так как, у меня не было обратного билета, стояла проблема выбора места сдачи автомобиля. Пришлось переносить и дату, и место. Опять Феликс решил все вопросы оперативно и максимально удобно.
Рекомендую. Хорошая компания, хорошие автомобили, отличные сотрудники
Очень хорошие впечатления! Машину доставили и забрали с точек в городе которые мы просили. Айк всегда был на связии. Отлично провели время в Грузии, ведь смогли добраться до живописных мест:)

Wir haben am Nachmittag angefragt, ob wir am nächsten Morgen um 11 einen Wagen in Akhaltsikhe bekommen können und um 10:45 stand Aik mit dem Wagen in der winzigen Sackgasse, wo wir untergekommen waren - alle Achtung! Die Übergabe war unkompliziert, das Auto (ein Toyota Yaris Cross Hybrid) sehr angenehm und sparsam. Der Preis war nicht extrem günstig, aber für dieses Auto und den guten Service haben wir das gern in Kauf genommen. Keinerlei Probleme mit Übergabe, Kommunikation, Rückerstattung der Kaution etc. - gern beim nächsten Mal wieder Citty Rent!

Оформление авто занимает 5-10 минут и вы можете ехать. Гибкая система страховок и депозитов. Авто всегда чистые и исправные. Лучший сервис аренды авто, если хочешь хорошо отдохнуть и не иметь никаких проблем.

City rental car was the company that made our trip to Georgia so satisfying. When we contacted them from the airport, Mr. Felix brought the car directly to us and handed it over. The vehicle was in great condition, so we were able to drive through unpaved roads and mountain routes with ease. Above all, we returned the car later than our scheduled pick-up time, but they were kind enough not to charge any extra fees, which we really appreciated. The staff were extremely friendly.
